Review
Outer Wilds is a unique game where you can explore a entire star system, check every planet, island, lake and cave. And there is a beautiful story buried in various ruins in the start system. This story guides and inspires players to keep exploring and reach the ultimate eye of the universe.
The game is also excellent utilizing technology. The scale of the game world is the biggest I’ve ever seen (without a loading screen). The physics behind the movement of the system, the spaceship, and the character all seem robust.
But this game is not for everyone. The barrier is high for a new player to enjoy the game. The majority of he players are still having trouble playing first-person games. They firstly need to overcome the motion-sickness issue. Then they need to learn to maneuver in space, which is a whole dimension more complex than simple WASD 2D movement. Finally, the game progression requires a lot of reading, which is also challenging nowadays to players. There is no voice acting nor cutscenes which can help reduce the amount of reading.

If you can die and come back immediately, a lot change instantly. For example, the fastest way to go home is now committing suicide.

这次可能会打完吧，因为有时间，而且找了个几个 MOD 降低难度。
对于新手来说，一上来20分钟的循环限制太短了，还没起飞呢就死了。有个 cheat mods 解决了这个问题，我觉得很适合我的 STYLE.
另外有个配音的 mod 我也很喜欢。配音让游戏原本的演出（纯文字）提高了一个维度。大大增加了我继续探索的动力。
玩这个游戏就让我发现，我不喜欢纯探索，我需要有些动力和目标驱动我去探索。之前几次都没玩完就是卡住了，我想探索的都去过了，剩下的一些问号让我有点云里雾里，去的过程中又很容易就死了，死几次就忘了要干嘛了。
- 整个地图是无缝切换的，还挺神奇的，有点黑科技的感觉。习惯了之后发现其实飞船的手感也挺好的。
07-26 终于玩完了主线，还剩DLC没玩呢。最大的感想是： 人还是很怕死的，这个游戏里很容易各种死，所以很多人说这个游戏很恐怖。但另一方面我们更熟悉的FPS游戏里玩家死的频率更高，人们确不觉得FPS是恐怖游戏，这其实是很奇怪的。我的理解就是射击游戏已经让我们去敏了，我们对在射击游戏里死掉太熟悉了，就不觉得恐怖了，这其实才是反常违背人性的。
Mods
These mods are big time savers and enhanced the game. Especially the last one, Voice Acting Mod, improved the gameplay experience to a new level.
